How Long Do Website Updates Take?
How long your site's update will take will vary by "update work load".  Since the launching of our unlimited maintenance services in 2004, we have maintained a consistent quarterly average of 4.6 days.  We strongly urge customers and clients to plan wisely and provide us with at least 10 days of lead time. This goes with out saying, but simple updates can be done in a matter of hours; whereas dozens of pages worth compiled with corresponding artwork needs can take longer.  We process and sort requests priority then chronologically. If an update request is received that will take longer than 10 days or the deadline you need it by, you will be notified via email or personal phone call.

What's Not Included In My AfterCare Plan?
The only items or services not included in your site's maintenance plan are items that are listed in our billing system as "hourly" services.  At present this includes: audio and video editing, desktop user support assistance, Flash animation design, and new site development or a sub site thereof.  If your site maintenance requires audio/video editing, Flash animation, or massive photo manipulation, we can provide you with a custom maintenance plan to fit your needs; otherwise, these appear on the next monthly invoice as itemized services.

Monthly Payment Requirements
Monthly Maintenance payments are secured using any major credit card. Checks are not accepted at this time.  Payment is collected at the time you begin service, further monthly charges recur 2 days prior to your monthly renewal date. 

How Do We Accept Content For Your Site Update?
Although our preference is to accept content via email and our Customer Care Center, DiamondTech will accept content via postal mail, FedEx/UPS, or your web hosting server's FTP resources.

What If I Need A Critical "Right Now" Update?
Although our preference is to offer a 10 day window, clients that need urgent same day service for imperative reasons, may request such at the expense of a $25 surcharge per instance while under a maintenance plan agreement. High priority requests can only be made through the Customer Care area of our website to ensure they are reviewed within 2 hours.
