Printing General Specifications
A .25 inch border containing no live area must be allowed for cutting purposes.

Some job specifications are standard like; a business card being 200px by 350px (=2"x3.5"inches). Make sure document size meets the pixel space of ordered product (with the exception to a customized job).

Front and Back of document should be setup as two separate pages, do not create both sides in a single file or page.

Files should be setup at a minimum of 300dpi [dots per inch] resolution for best print quality.

Job Proofing:
By the time your job is received, all edits should be finalized, carefully proof-read and all design issues should be settled. We are not responsible for proofing any submitted jobs and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part after submission of work. (We do not proof read because in this era terminologies "slangs or lingos" are being created and spellings altered for unique copyright purposes.)

Canceling A Printing Job Already In Progress:
Due to the nature of the 48 hour turnaround, we process jobs as soon as they are received. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must call and speak to a representative. If we can catch the job before it goes on a print run, we will be more than happy to cancel it, but if the job is already plated and scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment (all print jobs are collected in full with shipping costs at time of order).
